What Makes Fast Track Different? For Coaches...
For Business Leaders...

What People are Saying...I was fascinated by observing the process of coaching from a non-participant's viewpoint. Seeing how two different experienced coaches elicited responses from the client using such mastery of questioning and different other competencies was captivating, and the feedback from the instructors was helpful to me at noticing the different paths that might have been taken at different junctures during the dialogue, any of which would have been beneficial. It leaves me with a sense of enthusiastic anticipation of learning to use such skill in my own personal and professional life. Trainers used the time well, apportioning the material effectively for each topic. Everything was covered with the right amount of detail, and everything was explained well. I appreciated the chance to do the personal introductions. I really liked the explanation of the coaching model (sometimes it helps to put the picture into words) and the practice coaching. The trainers were able to bring coaching to life and make it much more "user friendly." I found the whole process less intimidating after completing the first session and felt energized rather than tired when it ended. FastTrack coaching is amazing! I love the learning, the supportiveenvironment, and the opportunity to do live coachingevery-week. There are so many opportunities for growth! The course is well focused on ICF CoreCompetencies. Thought provoking discussion and homework help internalize these principles. FastTrack has helped me build my coachingrepertoire. I am learning to incorporate metaphor, bottomlining, and more direct communication (as well as many other wonderful gems!) in my coaching. I am only sorry that the course is coming to an end...I will miss my classmates and Sue and Sheila who are always so very present, supportive, and informative. I highly recommend this course for coaches who are ready to grow and really come into "their own" as professional coaches. |
